You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until the amendment cut-off point specified in your order confirmation. You can make changes to your order by returning to your cart. To do so click the cart icon on the top right corner of the website or click on the “The Cheap Basket” logo on the top left corner to return to the main page. You can cancel a paid order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@cheapbasket.com.cy. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Services team on 77771201 or 24363494.
The Cheap Basket accepts Visa Card and MasterCard through JCC Payment Systems, as well as cash on delivery.
All past orders are saved on the “Orders” tab in your “My Account” section of the Website.
We use temperature-controlled vans for delivery. This ensures that frozen and refrigerated items will remain frozen until they reach your door.
Its entirely up to you. Feel free to do so.
Certainly. As long as the person for whom you are shopping lives within one of our delivery areas, you can shop for them and even pay for their order with your credit card.

If you aren’t happy with any of your items, simply hand them back to your delivery driver at the time of delivery. We will then arrange for a refund to your payment card.

Minimum Basket Value is €60.00.
If the value of the products in your basket when you confirm your order is less than the minimum basket value, then we will add a €3 charge to your order.
